Nothing too much trouble, the venue met expectations. The rooms were soundproof and the staff was fabulous. I got free upgrade and loved it. Super central location, just a short stroll away from a romanesque church.

Great place for exploring Bergamo. Appreciated its city views. Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. We had coffee, tea, fruit, croissants and butter in the morning...
